We begin our ceremony with a curated essential oil in tune with our healing intention, on your wrist, if you prefer and as aromatherapy. Then, under the projection of the current nights starry sky, we drift through a cosmic bath of sound, composed specially for the present moment. When we come back we are welcomed with a soul-nourishing tea specifically paired with everything we had just experienced. Together, in peace, we explore and discuss the profound effects of energy, frequency and vibration on our well-being.
